What a fabulous first full week we have had at the Lab School! Please enjoy this gorgeous SWAY made by our Teacher Librarian Krista, about the first days at school.

New Date for Parent Event: Wednesday October 3rd will be the first Parents’ Association Meeting at 6pm – all parents are welcome to attend. More information will come from the PA soon.
Reminder about End of Day Pickup Times and Procedures
Early Years: Please pick up from the classroom or school yard depending on your teachers' instructions between 3:15-3:30.
Grades 1-3: Children in Grades 1-3 will be brought to the playground by their teachers to be picked up by caregivers at 3:30.
Grade 4-6: Children in Grades 4-6 will be dismissed from their classrooms at 3:30, into the yard.
Children not picked up promptly will be brought to the school office. We need to clear the yard to make way for the Afterschool Daycare. As well, the teachers have meetings to get to after school and are not able to supervise children beyond the school day. If you need care for your child after school, the Daycare would be happy to welcome them.
