We look forward to seeing you all back tomorrow and we hope you had a wonderful March Break! Below, news and upcoming events as we begin our Spring Term:
PATRICK HARVIE SCHOOL DANCE
Our annual Patrick Harvie Dance will take place on Tuesday, March 27 for our Nursery to Grade 6 students. This children’s dance is hosted in the JICS gym and sponsored by the JICS Patrick Harvie Arts Committee. We are delighted that the Committee has arranged for “City Dance Corps” to return to JICS to run hip hop dancing workshops for each grade level at different times of the day. (Parents, please join us if you can! Information about your child’s class scheduled time will come from the classroom teacher.) Thank you to Sarah Luongo for your leadership of this event.
DR. ROSS GREENE COMES TO JICS ON APRIL 26th
We’d like to let everyone know about a special speaker that the Parents’ Association has arranged to come to JICS:
Dr. Ross Greene will be speaking at 7pm on April 26th in the J Fraser Mustard Assembly Hall. You are all invited; please register soon to secure your spot as we already have close to 200 registered guests. Friends and family welcome.
