We write to provide you with a brief overview on some exciting items we are working on as we continue to seek ways to enrich our children’s learning environment. To our new JICS families, a special welcome. We invite you to learn more about your PA, and to get involved. A Welcome New Family volunteer will contact you soon to personally welcome you to the school, and to tell more about our programs, events and school culture.

Help us make JICS great! Please contribute now to the PA. Please pay your PA fees now. We are asking for a membership fee of $25 per child and a suggested donation of $150 per child. Donations paid via Canada Helps are eligible for a tax receipt. Unfortunately, manual donations will no longer qualify for a tax receipt. Contributions will help fund classroom grants, technology purchases, event babysitting, parent education, social events and more! Another Option: Donate to the PA via your corporate United Way campaign. Allocate funds to: The St. George's School's Parents Association Reg #119175537RR0001. We hope that we can count on this incremental fundraising avenue. If you wish to give more than our recommended amount, no amount is too big or too small.

JICS branded swag is here, with proceeds going to the Parents' Association. We are offering JICS adult coffee/ beverage travel mugs ($20 for non-members – PA members enjoy a 20% discount!) and JICS RaDTaGZ for kids ($12 for non-members – PA members enjoy a 20% discount!). Visit our new website in August to buy online. Get your back to school labels at Mabel's Labels.
