This year, we are inviting grandparents or a grand-pal (a special adult in your child’s life) to join the children in our annual "Festivals of Light" Holiday Sing-Along!

About The Event
This year, we are inviting grandparents or a grand-pal (a special adult in your child’s life) to join the children on Friday, December 20. We ask that they arrive at school early at 8:30 am and come in to visit the classroom. After some time exploring the classroom, we will all transition to the gym/auditorium at 9:00 am where JICS music teachers, Suzanne and Russell, will lead us in a community sing-along! (Lyrics will be provided.) We welcome parents to join us for the Holiday Sing-Along as well! Together, we will sing songs representing the diversity of celebrations that take place during this time of year. Following the assembly, the children will return to their classrooms and we invite our guests to an adult reception in the foyer of 56 Spadina.
